Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate the difference.
What happens after my free trial?
The Free plan never charges you. If you start a Basic or Premium trial, you add a card then and are charged the plan price when the 14 days end unless you cancel first — from your billing settings, with no penalties.
Do unused scans roll over?
Scan and formulation limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly usage.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Yearly plans are billed upfront with a significant discount.
Can I use Cosmixxology with my salon team?
Salon and Professional plans with multi-user support are coming soon. Sign up for the personal plan today and we'll let you know when they launch.
